Return Policy:
All returns must have a Direct Caps Return Authorization (RA) number issued by our company within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Approved returns must be received within 15 days of the RA issue date. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 30 days from the original order date.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the reason for the return and the condition and packaging of the items upon receipt. Returns that are not received in their original condition and packaging may be refused or assessed the maximum 20% restocking fee.
Please verify that all items— including style, size, color, and quality— is correct prior to decorating. We do not accept returns on items that have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered.
All return-related charges, including those from refused items, must be settled prior to placing any subsequent orders. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and make the final determination on all returns.
Payment:
Payment is due before shipment is released unless specified
$25 fee for all returned payments Caps and Hats
Re-Stocking Fee – 20%
Shipping – To Be covered by customer.
Sample Fee:
$150 If order is cancelled after a sample has been made, the $150 will need to be paid to cover the sample cost.
Shipping:
If a package is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, Direct Caps is not held responsible. We advise to file a claim with the respective carrier.
